Our application allows users to upload PDF files, add bookmarks to specific pages, and download the modified PDF. The uploaded files are stored temporarily for the duration of processing and are deleted after a specified time.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content of the PDF files you upload, including any sensitive, personal, or confidential information.
• You understand that files are deleted automatically after processing or after a certain period, and no backups are stored.

4. File Deletion and Storage

Uploaded PDF files will be deleted from our servers after processing or within are deleted after a specified time.. We do not store files after the processing is complete and do not maintain backups of your PDF files.

5. Liability Disclaimer

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or functionality of the bookmark additions or modifications made to your PDFs. PDF Bookmarking is not liable for any data loss or damages arising from the use of our service or the deletion of your files.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our application to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our systems.
